R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction for transferring the investigation of FIR No. 150 dated 21.05.2013 for offence under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, P.S. Jodhewal, District Ludhiana City to respondent no. 5-CBI.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Som Nath submits that final report has been presented before the trial Court and the case is now fixed for 04.08.2015. It is further submitted that challan was also presented against accused persons on 15.09.2014. It is also submitted that cancellation report was not filed before the Magistrate.
