AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an identically placed accused (as contended) already having been granted bail by the trial Court, he wishes to withdraw this petition to file another bail application before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Obviously, the trial Court would consider the bail application of the petitioner wholly on its own merits.
