(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 303 dated 10.12.2014 registered under Sections 323/354(A)(i)/451/506 IPC and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal (Haryana). On instructions from SI Braham Saroop, learned State counsel submits that the trial has ended in acquittal of the petitioner.
