Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to official respondents not to cause undue harassment to the petitioners at the hands of private respondents and take appropriate actions against them on their application dated 10.11.2017 (Annexure P1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 10.11.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, but the same remained unattended till now.
