(ORAL) Vide this common order, CWP 10934 of 2011, CWP No.12859 of 2011, CWP No.12946 of 2011, CWP No.14949 of 2011 and CWP No.12924 of 2011 are being disposed of. Since common question of law and facts are involved in all these writ petitions therefore facts are being culled out from CWP No.10934 of 2011.
The writ petition was restored to its original number vide order dated 07.09.2022 by passing the following order: "CM-16251-CWP-2013 Allowed as prayed for.
CM-16252-CWP-2013 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present application is also covered by the decision dated 23.05.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench in a bunch of 30 cases with the lead case bearing CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled
-3- 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others'.
Learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner submits that SLP(C) CC No.8899 of 2013 has also been dismissed thereby upholding the order dated 20.12.2012 passed in CWP No.15786 of 1999.
In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, the present application is allowed in terms of order dated 23.05.2022 passed in a bunch of 30 cases with the lead case bearing CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others'. The order dated 18.05.2012 passed in the main case is recalled, thereby restoring the writ petition to its original number.

Learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that a bunch of 30 cases with lead case in CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others has been decided by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 23.05.2022 on the basis of order passed by the Division Bench in CWP No.15786 of 1999 titled M/s Vijyant Travels and another vs. State of Punjab decided on 20.12.2012.
In view of the aforesaid order, the writ petitioners were allowed to withdraw their writ petitions with a liberty to approach the transport department, in case the petitioners have any grievance with regard to any bus operator operating the bus
-4contrary to the judgment passed in M/s Vijyant Travels case(supra).
In view of the aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for both the parties crave indulgence of this Court to pass the same order.
These petitions are also disposed of in terms of the order dated 23.05.2022 passed in bunch of 30 cases with lead case i.e. CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and other.
A copy of this order be placed on the file of connected cases.
