(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel has submitted that the present anticipatory bail would not be maintainable, as the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person on 10.04.2023. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, and this petition may not come in his way to seek the necessary instructions.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
