Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.7 would contend that initially the petitioners herein were not allotted the plots under the Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojna, however, subsequently the land came to vest in the Municipal Corporation, Hisar (respondent No.7 herein). Thereafter, a Scheme named Rajiv Awas Yojna was launched wherein loans at concessional rates of interest were given to those eligible under the scheme for construction of their houses. It is further the contention of the learned senior counsel that all the petitioners have now been covered under the said Rajiv Awas Yojna and had been given the benefit under the AMAN JAIN 2026.05.05 09:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-12711-2020 (O&M) -2said Scheme and they all have received the said benefit for construction of their houses.

On the previous date none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Today as well, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
