The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surakhsa Sanhita, 2023 humbly praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash Notice dated 16.4.2026 (received on whatsapp on 16.4.2026) for appearance on 22.4.2026 issued by the Office of Respondent No. 4 in purported exercise of powers under the Code (ANNEXURE P-1) for associating the Petitioners with the investigation in an alleged Complaint filed by one Mandeep Pamija as the said Notice/Summon so issued without mentioning any provision of law under which the same has been issued is grossly actuated with malice and in a gross abuse of the process of law. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the notice served upon the petitioners is incomplete and does not mention the cause for summoning them.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents that, in case the petitioners are required for investigation in the aforementioned complaint, a three days prior notice shall be served upon them in accordance with law. 8.
