(Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.90 dated 06.07.2011 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered with Police Station City South, District Moga on the basis of compromise/settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The said fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant.

The learned State counsel informs the Court that 05 prosecution witnesses out of 10 cited in the list of witnesses have been examined. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
