*** Petitioner Manpreet Singh alias Sonu has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in a case F.I.R. No. 42 dated 16.04.2017 under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Chabbewali District Hoshiarpur. The quantity of contraband recovered in this case amounts to commercial quantity which attracts bar of Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. There is no ground to grant regular bail. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed.
