Petitioner Manjit Singh alias Deepa (in CRM-M-22384-2025) and petitioner Vijay Singh (in CRM-M-57245-2025) have filed the instant petitions under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking regular bail in case FIR No.61 dated 11.06.2022 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 YAG DUTT 2026.02.06 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.22384 of 2025 -2CRM-M No.57245 of 2025 (Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 added later on), registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. 2.

On being informed by learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab that out of total 18 prosecution witnesses, 09 have already been examined and the other 09 were dropped, consequent to which learned counsels for both the petitioners jointly pray for withdrawal of both these petitions, at this stage.

Both these petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage.
