***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) The petitioner assails order dated 8.1.2021 passed by Addl. Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana (Annexure P-4) vide which the case of the petitioner for his premature release has been deferred for two years and it has been stated therein that the same would be considered after two years w.e.f. 31.3.2020.

Learned State counsel has today stated that in accordance with the aforestated order, the State would be obliged to consider the case after 31.3.2022.

In view of the aforestated position wherein this Court finds that case of the petitioner can still be considered after 31.3.2022, the petition is MOHAN SINGH 2022.02.23 16:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRWP-6928-2021 (O&M) hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, in case, any fresh grounds for his premature release have accrued. In case the petitioner does not wish to file afresh, the respondent-authorities shall consider his case afresh on the basis of the application already filed earlier, in accordance with law.
