The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the Award/Order dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) passed by the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there are certain typographical errors and technical defects in the petition. He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action and with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. /
