RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Shambu Gupta, in case FIR No. 17 dated 20.01.2019, under Sections 447, 454, 380 and 506 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.

On instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.05.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
