The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

Court is apprised that in the present case, the complainant is Dinesh and there are three accused, namely, (i) Khushi Ram @ Khushi Lal Mukhiya (petitioner herein), (ii) Roona Devi, and (iii) Meera. The other two accused were earlier acquitted by the trial Court. Petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender on 17.10.2010 and, after a lapse of about 13 years, was apprehended and faced trial. He has also been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 12.12.2025.
