       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.08 dated 22.01.2022, registered at Police Station Kiratpur Sahib, District Rupnagar, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Vide order dated 09.06.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.06.2022 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.07.18 06:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-26080-2022 /2/ granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
