Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to call for the status report in complaint bearing Diary No.DCRNO-2109P dated 01.07.2022 and take action on the said complaint in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to consider and decide his complaint/ representation dated 01.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) filed by him in accordance with law. 3.
