Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in a case wherein she has been summoned in a complaint case to face trial under Sections 323,324,326,506,148,149 IPC and under Section 3(1) (x) & 10 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

After hearing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an application for regular bail before the trial court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case, petitioner moves an application for regular bail within 10 days from today, same shall be decided within 3 days thereafter. Interim bail already granted shall remain operative till the decision of bail application.
