ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR on the basis of the compromise.

The trial Court has submitted a report that the complainant is not appearing.

Despite availing 02 opportunities, counsel for the petitioners seeks one more opportunity to get the statement of the parties recorded before the trial Court with regard to the compromise. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
