JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to register FIR against private respondent Nos. 4 to 10 for harassing and humiliating them. In this regard the petitioners have also approached the authorities by filing a representation dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

Mr. A.S. Dhaliwal, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) will be decided within a period of four weeks.
