RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to correct the incorrect revenue entries which are result of the fall out of the incorporation of incorrect facts in Naksha B dated 30.06.2008, Anenxure P-5, and subsequently in the mutation, dated 30.04.2012, Annexure P-6.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-7, was filed on 01.05.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the file, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. District Revenue Officer, Rewari, to decide the representation, dated MEENU 2023.07.19 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
