The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 17.05.2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and on his doing so, trial Court was asked to release him on interim bail. 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner has complied with the previous order dated 17.05.2024. Counsel further submits that he has instructions to submit that petitioner undertakes to appear on each and every date before the trial Court. 4.

State counsel has filed short reply, which is taken on record and on instructions does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Given above, petition is allowed and interim order dated 17.05.2024 is made absolute. Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date. Failing which, trial Court may proceed in accordance with law. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
