The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of advertisement dated 10.06.2021 (Annexure P-7).

Learned counsel for respondent No.2, at the outset, submits that respondent made regular appointment pursuant to advertisement on 03.09.2021 and the petitioner has not challenged selection of other candidates.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge select list made pursuant to aforesaid advertisement. 4.
