Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not in dispute that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 8.6.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjay Kumar, contends that certain dowry articles are yet to be recovered from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the recovery memo dated 1.6.2022 (Annexure P-5) states that the alleged dowry articles already stand recovered.
