ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.546 dated 30.10.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC (Section 325, 326 read with Section 34 IPC added later) at Police Station Ratia, District Fatehabad.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 20.12.2017, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaivir Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 20.12.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
