ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.162 dated 28.07.2020 registered under Sections 420/120-B IPC, at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 21.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and she has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 21.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
