Prayer in this petition is for grant of interim bail pending trial in FIR No.358 dated 08.09.2018 under Sections 120-B, 34, 420 IPC, 1860 and Sections 4, 5, 6 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 (Sections 406, 467, 468, 471 IPC, 1860 and Section 3(2) of Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 added subsequently) at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

It is stated that this is petitioner's first petition seeking interim regular bail, however, as per the office note and copies of orders attached, it appears that the petitioner has filed as many as five earlier petitions seeking interim bail.

Present petition merits dismissal with cost. However, at fervent request of learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
