NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of FIR No. 80 dated 02.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363 and 366 IPC at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including the order dated 27.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that vide last order dated 12.02.2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned trial Court within fortnight; and move an application for regular bail which shall be disposed of on the same day, by accepting fresh bail/surety bonds to be furnished by the petitioner, as per satisfaction of the trial Court.
