RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.61 dated 29.04.2023, under Section 61, 78(2) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Division 2, District Pathankot, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
