**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 27.9.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patti, vide which the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 31 dated 03.5.2014 under Sections 307/379/382/148/149 IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of the order dated 28.8.2020, the petitioner has surrendered before the Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran on 09.9.2020. In this regard, he has sent an affidavit of the petitioner dated 16.11.2020, through e-mail, which is taken on record.
