(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.114 dated 17.6.2017 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 61(1) of Excise Act, at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 18, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 18, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
