(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.144 dated 06.10.2018, registered under Sections 384 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

The operative part of the order dated 28.11.2017, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "Adjourned to 28.02.2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. "

CRM-M No.49928 of 2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 28.11.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no required for further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
