Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that in view of Full Bench judgment of Hon'ble Allahabad High Court in the matter of Jagannath Verma & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Anr., 2015(1) RCR (Criminal) 414, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to approach the Court of Session by way of revision petition at the first instance.
