(Oral) The present petition has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to carry out fair investigation in case FIR No. 10, dated 17.01.2015, registered under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) as well as seeking direction to respondent No.3-Angrej Singh, investigating officer to return blood samples, broken locks, photographs etc., recovered from the house of petitioner, there being an apprehension of destruction of those articles.

Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3, at this stage. On the asking of Court, Mr. R.S. Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. Copy of the paper

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.2 to enquire into the allegations unfolded in the representation (Annexure P-5) and if found necessary, take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
