Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 re-investigate the case FIR No. 157 dated 16.9.2017, registered under Sections 323, 341, 427, 148 & 149 IPC (Section 307 IPC was added lateron, at Police Station Sadar, Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has moved an application/representation dated 14.12.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, but the same remained unattended till now.
