(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0155 dated 12.05.2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and lateron added Section 326 IPC at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Ludhiana (Rural).

On instructions from HC Sulakhan Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
