It is averred that although a representation dated 11.8.2020 (Annexure P-5) had been submitted to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, but to no avail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, District PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.24 13:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
