(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, in case FIR No. 369 dated 21.10.2018, registered under Section 21(b) and 27-A of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad. On instructions from SI Kheta Ram, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 15.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
