NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.319 dated 05.12.2020 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar, and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised in the present petition, before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (NAMIT KUMAR) 08.12.2022 JUDGE R.S.
