Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Advocate, for respondents No.3 and 4. **** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the respondents had entered appearance on 15.06.2022 and had sought time to file the reply but no response has been submitted to date. He submits that rather than granting further time to the respondents, let this petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's legal notice dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure PD10) at the earliest by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, as they submit that the legal notice dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure PD10) shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law and a decision taken in this regard shall be communicated to the petitioner. In the wake of the above, the petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties. This Court is sanguine that the respondentDauthorities would consider and decide the legal notice submitted by the petitioner at the earliest and strictly in accordance with law. Needless to assert that this order shall not constitute any expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
