On 17.05.2023, this Court had passed the following order:- "The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case of FIR No.134 dated 22.09.2021, registered under Sections 302, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Bahaw Wala, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel contends that the co-accused, who were also declared innocent during investigation along with the petitioner and placed in column No.2 in the final report and summoned by the trial Court on an application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 CrPC and have surrendered before the trial Court and joined proceedings and have been released on bail in terms of orders dated 21.04.2023 and 28.04.2023 passed by this Court, appended as Annexures P-2 and P-3 respectively.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Manipal Singh Atwal, DAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court on or before 25.05.2023, he be released on bail, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.

Adjourned to 27.07.2023."

Learned counsel submits that in pursuance of aforesaid order, the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court and has been granted bail. 3.
