HARKESH MANUJA, J.(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP22415- 2022. 2.

In view of reply dated 20.09.2023, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the aforementioned order dated 29.09.2022 has been complied with by the respondents vide communication letter dated 01.09.2023 to the petitioner thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies, if any, grievance still survives.
