Order dated 23.03.2023, says as under:- "Present:
None for the petitioner(s).
Mr. Anmol Singh Sandhu, AAG, Punjab.
**** Present protection petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection of their lives and liberty as they are living in a live-in relationship. In para No.4, it is pleaded that petitioner No.2 is unmarried, and petitioner No.1 is already married with respondent No.4. Para No.4 says as under:- "4.
That petitioner No.2 is unmarried and petitioner No.1 is married with respondent No.4, petitioner No.1 will marry with petitioner No.2 after the divorce with respondent No.4."
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, as per office report, notice to respondents No.4 to 7 could not be issued, as the process fee was not filed.
In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is afforded to the petitioners for depositing requisite process fee in the registry within a week, and thereupon, fresh notices be issued to respondents No.4 to 7 for 19.04.2023."

Today, on the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw instant petition.
