(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 1268 dated 10.09.2018, registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat. On instructions from ASI Surender, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.12.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
