State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr. Jatinderpal Singh,Advocate for the petitioner Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, who on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC has been summoned as additional accused to face trial in case FIR No.33 dated 4.3.2015 under Sections 302,307, 324, 341 IPC, PS Lalru,Distt.Mohali. It is contended that the petitioner was not nominated in the FIR relating to a scuffle of complainant party with the main accused,Harpreet, who all are school students. During investigation petitioner was found innocent and therefore, not challaned. Vide order dated 3.3.2016 Notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days,he shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

CRM-M 7751/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 3.3.2016, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 8.3.2016 and was released on interim bail. Learned State counsel is unable to dispute the said factual position.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 3.3.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute.
