(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.378 dated 29.06.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal to State Crime Branch. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in a similar matter i.e. CRM-M No.47842 of 2017 filed by the petitioners, vide order dated 14.12.2017, the following directions have been issued:- "Without making any observations on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 22.11.2017 (Annexure P3) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

In view of the above, this petition is also disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P4) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
