During investigation, allegation of theft of copper coils from a transformer in the fields of complainant, on the night of 6.12.2015, has surfaced.

It is contended that since the petitioner could not join investigation pursuant to the interim protection granted by the trial court due to false implication in other case, his pre-arrest bail has been dismissed by the trial court. It is further contended that petitioner has been nominated as an accused in five blind FIRs registered on 8th, 9th and 10th December,2015.

CRM-M 7755/2016 At the time of hearing today,learned counsel further submits that petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harnek Singh does not dispute the said factual position and further states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. In view of the above, interim bail granted vide order dated 3.3.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
