This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in CWP-4015-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has contended that a speaking order has since been passed on 21.05.2025 and a copy thereof has been handed over in Court today which is taken on record. The same be scanned and tagged at the appropriate place. A copy of the speaking order is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
