Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after passing the order dated 06.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to 'the Tribunal'), the petitioner again decided to do away with the services of the respondents and due to this reason, the respondents have again approached the Tribunal and the Tribunal has already granted the interim order under which the respondents are continuing to work with the petitioner-Hospital, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents herein above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the RIYA 2025.09.18 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-12687-2023 (O&M) present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to raise all claim as being raised in the present petition before the Tribunal.
