(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner-Ranjit Singh, in case FIR No. 237 dated 25.06.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala. Allegations against the petitioner are that he misappropriated the rice worth `2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores) given to him for milling purposes.

Heard.

Considering the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to him.
